Terms of service

These terms apply between [Registered company name] (“LeadClozer”, “we”, “us”), [Business address], and the business that signs up for our Services (“you”). By using the Services or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

1. The Services

LeadClozer provides a real estate CRM, an AI chatbot, an AI calling agent and related services (together, the “Services”), as described in your chosen plan on our pricing page or in a written quote. Website, mobile app and custom software projects are covered by the quote or agreement for that project, together with these terms.

2. Accounts and users

• You are responsible for the people you give access to, and for keeping logins secure.
• Each plan includes a set number of users. Adding users beyond your plan requires an upgrade.
• You must give us accurate business and billing details.

3. Fees and payment

• The one-time setup fee is invoiced before onboarding starts.
• Monthly or yearly subscription fees are invoiced in advance for each billing period.
• Usage above your plan’s limits (chatbot conversations, AI calling minutes, extra WhatsApp numbers) is invoiced at the end of each month at the rates on our pricing page.
• Phone call charges are billed to you directly by Twilio, and WhatsApp template message fees are billed to you directly by Meta. These are not included in our fees.
• Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required by law.
• If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may suspend the Services until it is paid. We will warn you before suspending.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have a lawful basis to contact the leads and customers you store, message or call through LeadClozer, and you must follow Meta’s WhatsApp and Messenger policies and telecom rules in each country you call.
• You must honour opt-outs and Do-Not-Call requests.
• You must not use the Services to send spam, mislead people, or break any law.
• You are responsible for the information you give the AI (projects, prices, payment plans, FAQs) being accurate and up to date.

5. AI features

The AI chatbot and calling agent generate replies automatically from the information you provide. They can make mistakes. You should review conversations regularly, and your team can take over any conversation at any time. Prices, availability and other commitments stated by the AI should be confirmed by your team before a sale is finalised.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into LeadClozer. We process it only to provide the Services, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available at all times, but there may be planned maintenance and occasional interruptions. Services that depend on third parties, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio and AI providers, may be affected by those providers’ availability and policies. Support is provided by WhatsApp and email at the level included in your plan.

8. Intellectual property

LeadClozer, its software and its branding belong to us. You receive a right to use the Services during your subscription. For website, app and custom software projects, ownership of the delivered work passes to you once the project is fully paid, unless the project agreement says otherwise.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. We may end the Services if you seriously break these terms and do not fix the problem within 14 days of our notice.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless a written agreement with you says otherwise.
